The construction of composite polyester strapping allows it to be used in areas where traditional WG-type polyester straps cannot. A special polypropylene coating enables application in situations where the strap is exposed to abrasion or cutting. Break strengths vary depending on the type, ranging from 300 kg to 1600 kg. Composite strapping is mainly used for securing heavy, unstable, or irregularly shaped loads in rail, road, and sea transport.

Composite polyester straps offer many advantages over other polyester or even steel straps. Compared to them, composite straps are faster, safer, and more cost-effective to use.
The composite structure consists of parallel, untwisted polyester yarns coated with polypropylene. The unique formulation of our polypropylene coating ensures optimal bonding with polyester fibers and is resistant to most chemical solvents and acids. Due to its high abrasion protection, it is ideal for products with rough surfaces and sharp edges.
Application is easy and safe. Using a tensioner and wire buckle, the strapping system can be applied quickly with minimal force and without damaging the load's surface.
