The construction of composite polyester straps allows them to be used in situations where WG-type polyester straps cannot. A special polypropylene coating enables their application in environments where the strap is exposed to abrasion or cutting. Breaking strengths vary depending on the strap type and range from 300 to 1600 kg. Composite polyester straps are mainly used for securing heavy, unstable loads with large or non-standard dimensions in rail, road, and sea transport.

Composite polyester straps have many advantages over other polyester or steel straps. Compared to those, composite polyester straps are faster, safer, and more cost-effective to use. The composite consists of parallel layers of untwisted polyester yarns coated with polypropylene. The special formulation of our polypropylene coating ensures optimal bonding with polyester fibers and resistance to most chemical solvents and acids. Due to their high abrasion protection, they are well-suited for products with rough surfaces and edges.
Using polyester straps is simple and safe. With tensioners and wire buckles, you can apply the strapping system to a load quickly, with minimal force, and without the risk of damaging the load's surface.
